If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dragonslove.com with your order details.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days using the original payment method.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@dragonslove.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
